Often one of the first things to suffer when a child is anxious is their sleep so this package includes a specially created 15 minute audio download for children to listen to at bedtime every night, designed to help them relax, get to sleep and get the most out of the time they are asleep.
The Positivity Diary contains a week's worth of colourful pages helping it's owner to focus on daily positives and relax their mind by getting creative. Extra weeks can be printed as required.
Worksheet packs use short activities to help your child recognise how they are feeling and how to help themselves feel better.
Also includes guidance for parents or carers on using the pack and other beneficial activities.
